The 10-week intensive Quest Young Leaders (QYL) programme mirrors the multidisciplinary nature of the real world. In the modern economy, leadership, employability, career acceleration, and entrepreneurship are no longer separate paths—they are a unified toolkit for young leaders' success. We prepare young leaders to navigate the new era of automation, AI, and decentralized work by cultivating professionals who can lead diverse teams, work effectively within corporate infrastructures, and build scalable, market-driven solutions to address the community's most pressing needs.

Skills Development

Develop emotional intelligence and presentation skills. Explore entrepreneurship thinking and digital transformation. Build financial literacy essential for career and business success.

Week 7-9

Application & Impact

Learn about community and social impact. Study ethics, anticorruption, and transparency in leadership. Apply entrepreneurial thinking to real-world challenges through peer mentorship activities.

Week 10

Assessment & Graduation

Complete your final assessment with 80% pass mark. Celebrate your transformation and receive your Certificate of Attendance. Qualify for transition to Quest Leaders Executive MBA Programme.

Graduation Requirements

  • Active participation in peer mentorship group activities
  • Minimum 80% attendance throughout the programme
  • Score at least 80% on assessment test
  • Complete all assignments and practical workshops
  • Engage fully in learning materials and resources
